At MenPlayPHX, we provide ticketing services for local LGBTQ+ events, and we’re proud to support our community’s performers, organizers, and nightlife spaces.
🚫 All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases made through MenPlayPHX are non-refundable.
This includes tickets for missed events, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal availability.
As an independent ticketing platform built for and by the community, every sale goes directly toward supporting local entertainers, venues, and event organizers. Because many of these events rely on ticket sales to operate, we do not offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.
🔄 Transfers (Case-by-Case)
In some cases, you may be able to transfer your reservation or ticket to another person. These arrangements must be coordinated directly with the event organizer, and approval is not guaranteed.
If you need to explore a transfer, please contact the event organizer listed on your confirmation email as soon as possible. MenPlayPHX cannot guarantee or manage transfers on the organizer’s behalf.
❌ Event Cancellations or Changes
If an event is canceled or significantly changed (e.g., rescheduled or relocated), we will work with the event organizer to determine next steps. This may include:
- A ticket transfer to the rescheduled date
- Credit for a future event
- Or, in rare cases, a refund at the organizer’s discretion
You will be notified via email and/or SMS if your event is impacted.
